Thank you for considering helping the Parkwood Schools Association (PSA) with our efforts to raise money for Parkwood Primary School.
The school has several needs when it comes to the financial support required and whilst we do our best to obtain these funds through school events, support from local businesses such as yours, will be vital for us to achieve our goals faster and allow the children to benefit.

As a local business, we would like to work in partnership with you and provide you with advertising opportunities as part of your sponsorship package. We understand how important it is to get more eyes on your business and we will happily help you achieve this through our school community.
We would be extremely grateful for your investment and hope this will be the start of an ongoing partnership with both your business and our school children flourishing.
Annual Sponsor
To allow us to cover the costs of the school mini bus and AV equipment, we are looking for eight annual school sponsors (2 spaces remain).
Your sponsorship will allow us to cover our highest costs enabling us to then focus on raising money for other school requirements.
Through your support we can be proactive and not reactive, which will make a huge difference.

Vouchers and Prizes
We appreciate that not all businesses will be in the position to support us financially, but perhaps you could offer us a voucher or prize for a raffle draw.
We really appreciate any support you can offer.
“Chambers Heating Solutions is really proud to be able to support the PSA and Parkwood Primary School. As our children attend the school it makes sense to us to support the school in this way. We look forward to building our relationship with the PSA across this school year.”
Ian Chambers, Chambers Heating Solutions.
Non compete
Whilst we would love to support all local businesses, we are mindful of non compete for the annual sponsors. As we are asking for a lot of money we want to be respectful and therefore will only allow one of each industry for these eight positions.
Throughout the year we will also be opening up further seasonal sponsorship opportunities. We will always make our annual sponsors aware of this first to allow first refusal. If after this point a competing business would like to sponsor a seasonal event, we will accept this and will place their branding on event specific promotional material.
We feel this is the fairest way to support all businesses, whilst also obtaining the sponsorship we need as a charity.
School values
It is imperative that any sponsor whether that be an annual sponsor, event sponsor or prize sponsor upholds the values of our school community.
As such there will be some businesses which we cannot work with as the promotional material will be seen by children, we must consider safeguarding of our students.
Whilst we appreciate all the help we can get, anything of an adult nature will need to be refused as a sponsor.
Moral Clause
During your time as a sponsor, your business, our school and the PSA are interconnected in the eyes of the public. We expect all of our sponsors to uphold and demonstrate the family values of our school at all times during the term your sponsorship. If this comes into dispute we reserve the right to end our agreement.
