A Very Merry Parkwood

As we near the end of November we can start feeling the excitement of the festive season and all the fun we will have over the Christmas break!

But…we don’t have to wait until the children break up from school to let the festive fun begin. We have been busy working on a number of Christmas events we’re very excited to share with you.

Hopefully you will have already seen all the details on Parentmail in our newsletter, but just in case, here’s a round up of everything coming over the next few weeks.

We need your help with our Tombola stalls at the Christmas fair.

We are asking for donations per year group in return for a non-uniform day.

Please bring your items in on Friday 29th November for the PSA to collect.

After the success of the Halloween Disco, this year the PSA are hosting a Christmas Disco!

Event Details
Date: Thursday 12th December
Time: Year 1 – 3: 15:10 – 16:45 & Year 4 – 6: 17:15 – 19:00

If you are able to, please also consider volunteering. You can sign up for this when you book your tickets.

We’re very excited about our Christmas Fair this year. We have lots of really fun games for you to take part in and some fantastic external stalls joining us.

The Christmas Fair will be taking place on Friday 6th December with school ending at 2pm to allow for our festive fun.

Fingers crossed for good weather!

Can we ask you to remember to bring your change with you for the stalls.

Stalls will range from 50p – £1 and will be run by our helpful Year 6 team.

Our festive gift shop will reopen again for this years Elfridges on Wednesday 18th December 2024.

Elfridges is the perfect way for your child to get their loved ones a gift they can choose themselves which will be a surprise on Christmas Day.

Each year we have run this, we are blown away by the love and attention which goes into picking out the perfect gift.

Children will be able to select their gifts and they will be bagged up there and then for them to take away with them, labelled and ready to gift.

To find out more about this event please visit our event page.

Or to book your gifts please head to PTA Events here.
